Prize redemption applies to eligible Sweeps Coin winnings, not to Gold Coins.

Official Redemption Rules

Under current rules:

• SC generally must be played at least once before becoming redemption-eligible unless a different playthrough requirement applies.
• The current minimum redemption is 50 eligible SC per day.
• The maximum amount that can currently be requested for redemption in a day is 9,550 SC or less.
• Zula can elect to process only one redemption request per account during a 24-hour period.
• Cash prizes are paid in U.S. dollars.
• The receiving bank/financial institution must be able to accept the payment.
• Identity and account verification must be completed.
• Payment-method ownership can be checked.
• Additional verification may apply.
• Users outside the current Sweepstakes Permitted Territory cannot redeem SC prizes.

Florida has an additional rule: the maximum prize from an individual SC spin or play is currently 4,900 SC.

Default 1x playthrough does not mean every promotion is identical

The current general rule says SC must ordinarily be played one time before redemption.

However, Zula expressly reserves the ability to impose a different playthrough multiplier based on the promotion, game or region.

This means older reviews claiming a universal 2x requirement are no longer an accurate description of the current default, but “Zula always has exactly 1x” would also be too absolute.

The individual promotion rules matter.

Redemption methods

A bank/financial-institution redemption is clearly supported by the current Rules and Help Center.

Zula requires a recent bank statement for bank-account verification. The statement must identify the account holder and match the Zula account information.

We did not find sufficiently clear current first-party evidence to promise PayPal, gift-card or cryptocurrency redemption to every account.

Those methods should therefore not be placed in the at-a-glance table until they appear in a current Zula redemption screen.

How long does a Zula Casino redemption take?

Zula does not currently guarantee that every prize will arrive within a fixed number of hours or days.

The Sweeps Rules say requests are processed in the order received and that Zula’s goal is to process them as soon as practicable.

Verification can materially change the timeline.

Its formal Sweeps Rules give the wider qualification that verification can take up to one month after all requested documentation is received and the account passes KYC and legal review.

Enhanced verification

A cumulative or individual prize redemption above $2,000 can trigger additional anti-fraud review.

Documents can include:

• Proof of income.
• Government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of residence.
• Proof that the user owns the payment method.

Incomplete verification can keep a redemption pending or cause it to be refused under the Rules.

Sweeps Coin inactivity

SC are currently valid for 60 days from the last time the user logs in.

After that period they may be automatically forfeited, with Zula stating that it will send an email notification beforehand.

Users should distinguish this rule from general account inactivity: Zula separately reserves the right to deactivate an account after 18 months without activity.

Trustpilot contains many reviewers describing successful prize redemptions, including users reporting relatively short turnaround periods.

Other reviewers report longer waits or unresolved requests.

Neither pattern creates a guaranteed outcome. Account verification, payment information, eligibility, documentation and individual review circumstances can affect processing.
