Sportzino’s sports product has detailed settlement rules, and users should not assume every market follows generic sportsbook conventions.

Can Sportzino Predictions Be Cancelled?

Generally, no.

Once a prediction has been successfully submitted, Sportzino’s current Prediction Rules treat it as final.

An Early Withdrawal option can appear for eligible selections, but that is a separate feature. It does not create a general right to cancel every prediction.

Sportzino or its sports-data provider can separately reject, void or resettle markets in circumstances such as obvious pricing errors, technical failures, prohibited related selections or integrity issues.

How Sportzino Handles Postponed or Abandoned Events

The general rules use a 48-hour framework for many events.

A postponed event may remain valid if it starts within the applicable 48-hour period.

If it does not, unresolved selections may be voided.

For abandoned events, already determined markets may sometimes remain settled while unresolved markets are voided, although Sportzino’s provider can apply sport-specific rules or void all affected markets where required.

Several sports override these general rules.

For example, NFL games have a specific weekly schedule rule, while Major League Baseball has detailed official-game requirements.

Overtime, Extra Innings and Shootouts

Users should read the individual market definition.

Sportzino does not use a single universal “all extra periods always count” rule.

For markets specified as regular time, overtime or shootouts do not automatically count unless the market rules say otherwise.

Penalty shootouts are excluded from ordinary soccer settlement unless expressly incorporated into the market.

Baseball uses separate completion and starting-pitcher rules, so extra innings and shortened official games need to be interpreted through the baseball section rather than through the general football/soccer rule.

Player Props and Non-Starters

Non-participation rules depend on the sport and market.

Some soccer player markets require the named player to start. If that condition is not met, the selection can be void.

Certain player head-to-head markets also void where a listed participant does not take part.

Outright markets can operate differently and may use a “play-or-pay” principle, meaning a participant’s later non-participation does not necessarily void an outright selection.

Dead heats and ties

Sportzino applies a dead-heat calculation where the published rule requires it.

In that situation, the applicable return odds are divided according to the number of participants tied for the winning position.

A standard dead heat should therefore not be assumed to pay the full standalone return for every tied participant.

Early Withdrawal and Early Payout

Early Withdrawal is an optional settlement feature on eligible predictions.

If offered, a user may be able to settle the prediction before the event has finished. The available amount can change as the event develops.

Early Payout is different. It is a promotional settlement mechanic that can declare qualifying selections successful once a specified lead is reached.

Current examples include:

• soccer 1X2 — qualifying two-goal lead;
• baseball moneyline — qualifying five-run lead;
• NFL/American football moneyline — qualifying 17-point lead;
• tennis match winner — qualifying two-set lead;
• ice hockey — qualifying three-goal lead.

The current basketball Early Payout rules contain conflicting 18- and 20-point wording, so the specific live offer should be checked rather than relying on one fixed basketball trigger.

Early Payout is restricted to qualifying markets and is not guaranteed for every event.

0% Margin markets

Sportzino currently marks certain pregame markets as 0% Margin.

Eligible examples can include:

• soccer 1X2;
• basketball moneyline;
• American football moneyline;
• tennis Match Winner;
• baseball moneyline;
• ice hockey moneyline.

These selections have separate promotion rules and are excluded from some other features, including Early Payout and selected accumulator bonuses.

Void Predictions and Parlays

A selection may be voided for a postponed event, non-starter, incorrect market, technical error or another condition specified by the Prediction Rules.

Same Game Parlays require particular caution.

Under the current SGP rules, a void or push affecting one component can cause the entire Same Game Parlay to be voided rather than merely removing that selection.

Sportzino’s provider also retains authority to correct or resettle affected markets when an official result or settlement error is identified within the applicable review period.
